Selected artists will receive all
the promotional tools to promote the project. CMS will submit your master and it will get manufactured by a Major
Distributor.
Your CD will get Nationwide Distribution and will get placed with endcaps and alphabetically, plus the CD will
be available for customers to preview in the listening stations in record stores.
To qualify you must have a finished Demo (2 -4 original) songs ; CD artwork (a brief one-page business plan
targeting the cities and states you plan to promote your product to as well as outlining your game plan and advertising plan;
a list of magazines you'd like to advertise in and be interviewed in; In order to qualify, you also MUST have a small budget
(range from $500-$1K per Month . You need to run with this for a year).

1.Radio Promotion:We send out your single to over 1,000 mixshow,college,online radio.We keep track of your single on
bds to send you reports on how many spins you are getting...(3 singles will be sent out within a course of 1 year)
2.Major Distribution:We get you a major distribution deal with a 1 album deal/50% publishing/$3.50 per record
or $1.50 per record sold based on your budget.
3.Video Production & Promotion:We deal exclusive with 2
high profile video directors with credits from Lil Kim,Ying Yang Twins,Xzibit etc also your video will be promoted by
First Class video promotions which have credits of getting videoplay for artist on BET,MTV,ETC (Reels of both can only be
provided to clients) You get 1 video included with your distribution deal
4.Production:We also provide you production
from producers with credits from canibus,memphis bleek,changing faces,lloyd banks,ludacris...if needed
5.Publicity:We
deal exclusive with explosive entertainment which will handle all press releases of your album to all media outlets
6.Tour
Bookings (Show Dates):We book all of your promo tour show dates regionally to expose the release of your cd. Touring plays
a very important part of fueling cd sales.
7.Publishing:We assist in setting up your publishing since your music is going to radio (you must choose a publishing
company ASCAP,BMI, to send you payments based on your spins tracked by BDS.
8.Radio Interviews:We setup radio interviews for the release of your project with mixshow,online radio dj's
9.Mixtape Circuit:We also assist your buzz by submitting your music to over 1,000 mixtape dj's nationwide, also
we setup your own distribution of your personal mixtape to create more buzz for your upcoming album release
10.Album Promotion:We give you a 1/2 page advertisement in 1 of these top tier nationwide magazines (Don Diva,F.e.d.s.,Felon,Murder
Dog,).. We also Promote your project with poster sniping via National Promtions and Advertising
OUR GOAL:We at Consultant Music Sevices understand how hard it is to obtain a major distribution deal, however
we deal with labels that already have major distribution and pipeline your music to them.
Example (State Property is your label),Roc a Fella (Is the label that accepts your project) Def Jam (Is the distributor
of your album). We are the stepping stone for artist or labels that do not have major money or distribution but believes
if the music is hot this can create a buzz and drive customers to purchase the cd from retail outlets and give them a

Our fees to complete your Artist/Label imprint nationwide distribution deal which includes
all of the following above is $1,000.00 per month for 12 months at $3.00 per record or $500.00 per month for 12 months at
$1.50 per record.
Your radio single will be presented to all the music programmers and mixshow DJ's that report to BDS.
If
your project is accepted you will be in business as an artist or label, but this is a serious business. You need a fax machine,
an email address, a computer, access to a office supply place for copies, a physical address to receive Fed-Ex packages, reliable
transportation, the desire to put up your posters, hand out your flyers, sign autographs in mall stores and generate CD sales
which in turn generates your income. You will get paid each month on sales after the first 90 days of your release,
so you can go as far as you want it to GO!!!.
